Summit Savoury 2026
When culinary art meets mountain scenery, it creates the perfect setting for special encounters. Since 2023, Summit Savoury has been bringing together selected chefs, winemakers, distillers and producers at the Alpenstern to share their passion, their craft and their products with guests.
At various tasting stations, they invite you to sample, discover and engage in personal conversation. It’s not just about flavour, but also about the stories behind it all: where does a wine come from? What makes a spirit special? How is a dish created that stays in the memory?
Summit Savoury is neither a traditional gourmet evening nor a trade fair. It is an enjoyable journey through cuisine, craftsmanship and hospitality – with time to sample, ask questions and savour.
Look forward to an afternoon and evening full of encounters, inspiring conversations and extraordinary taste experiences – right in the heart of the Damüls mountains.
