At the end of September, when the evenings grow cooler and the light over Damüls takes on a golden hue, we open our doors for an evening that cannot be summed up by a set menu. This year marked the fourth edition of the Culinary Festival. Alongside our kitchen team, chefs from Austria, Germany and Switzerland manned the stations. They were joined by winemakers, mixologists and distillers, who demonstrated just how many facets culinary delight can have.

The evening does not follow a set sequence of courses. You wander from station to station, from plate to glass and back again, accompanied by music. It’s a chance for people who live and breathe their craft to meet guests who take the time to immerse themselves in the experience. High-quality produce, genuine passion and conversation at the table turn a celebration into an experience that lingers in the memory.

On 24 September 2027, we’ll be opening our doors once more, and the format will remain the same. If you’d like to be there, it’s best to make a note of the date today.
