With a focus on France, Austria, Germany and Italy, the cellar houses over 35,000 bottles. The white and red wine lists feature over 3,000 wines. Everything is included, from easy-drinking top all-rounders to true rarities. Have a browse or simply ask Max for advice. He always knows which wine suits you and your meal.

Since 2011, wine has been Max’s great passion. With a particular fondness for Riesling, Chardonnay and Blaufränkisch, he curates the wine list with an eye for the exceptional – not mass-produced wines, but wines in which you can really taste the differences between vintages. Max’s greatest joy is when a wine and a guest find the perfect match. And when the glass then sits silently on the table, because nothing more needs to be said.

The wine cellar has already received several awards: as well as being named Vorarlberg’s best sommelier by Falstaff, it received the ‘Best of Award of Excellence’ from Wine Spectator in 2025, an accolade for particularly comprehensive and high-quality wine lists offering great variety and depth. Furthermore, the wine concept was recognised by the Association of German Prädikat Wine Estates (VDP) in 2025. At the Star Wine List awards, the wine cellar was awarded silver three times in the categories Best Long List, Best Sparkling List and Best by the Glass List. In addition, it was named ‘Wine List of the Year’ by Gault & Millau.
