With a focus on France, Austria, Germany and Italy, the cellar houses over 35,000 bottles. The white and red wine lists feature over 2,500 wines. Everything is included, from easy-drinking top all-rounders to true rarities. Have a browse or simply ask Max for advice. He always knows which wine suits you and your meal.

Since 2011, wine has been Max’s great passion. With a particular fondness for Riesling, Chardonnay and Blaufränkisch, he curates the wine list with an eye for the exceptional – not mass-produced wines, but wines in which you can really taste the differences between vintages. Max’s greatest joy is when a wine and a guest find the perfect match. And when the glass then sits silently on the table, because nothing more needs to be said.
