If you visit the Alpenstern, you will probably get to know them all personally - the members of the host families Bischof and Steinfeld. They are the heart of the Alpenstern and you can feel it straight away. Three generations of a family for whom the well-being of their guests is their most important mission. The Alpenstern is their home. And their aim is to make the Alpenstern a home for you too. There is no fear of contact, just genuine warmth and honest hospitality.
In the summer
Mountain air, alpine meadows, wide-open trails. And afterwards: the wine cellar, the gourmet shop, the waters of the infinity pool. In summer, the Bregenzerwald & Großes Walsertal Guest Card is automatically included – with access to mountain railways, outdoor swimming pools and the bus service throughout Vorarlberg.
In winter
The slopes right on your doorstep. Peace and quiet afterwards. Ski-in/ski-out, 29 lifts, the snowiest ski resort in the Bregenzerwald – and in the evening, a place that knows how to round off a good day.
