You’ll find inspiring culinary delights everywhere at the Alpenstern. Indulge in our cuisine in one of our three restaurants or at the Novum Bar – we’ll serve you the perfect wine from Max’s wine cellar wherever you are. Wherever possible, we cook with regional, organically grown ingredients: eggs from the Mock chicken farm in Damüls, cheese from the Bregenzerwald, and beef from Au.
Our à la carte restaurant for in-house and external guests promises culinary delights with a panoramic view - indoors and outdoors, on the sun terrace.

A buffet breakfast featuring regional specialities, followed in the evening by a five-course set menu of your choice at Restaurant 1580. À la carte dining at the Genusshalde is available at an additional cost.
