Three times a week, the Löffelspitze opens its doors – to exactly 12 guests. No more. That’s by design. Because what head chef Sandro Abel serves up here deserves attention, tranquillity and time. Culinary artistry at a 3-toque level according to Gault Millau, accompanied by wines from Max’s legendary cellar, non-alcoholic pairings or a cocktail from the award-winning Bar Novum. An exquisite ambience that nevertheless remains cosy. An evening at the Löffelspitze is not just a dinner – it is a memory.

Head chef Sandro Abel will surprise you with a unique menu – a touch of uncertainty adds a special flavour to the evening. The name ‘Löffelspitze’ comes from the mountain of the same name.

Every course at Löffelspitze is a dialogue – between the kitchen and Max’s wine cellar. Over 35,000 bottles, nearly 3,000 different wines, and multiple international awards: whatever Max recommends is just right. If you’d like, simply let yourself be surprised – with a wine pairing that rounds off the evening.

The Löffelspitze can accommodate exactly 12 guests. This is by design: this experience calls for silence, concentration and a sense of togetherness.

Yes. The Löffelspitze is open to both hotel guests and external guests. A table reservation is essential – and given that there are only 12 seats, we recommend booking well in advance.

Löffelspitze offers a seasonal surprise menu. This means you won’t be given a printed menu; instead, you’ll discover what the season and head chef Sandro Abel have in store for you.

During the summer season from 26 July 2026: Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays, from 6.00 pm each day. Opening days may vary during the winter season – please enquire directly with us.
