- 7:30 Morning Practice: Sunrise Hike & Yoga at the Summit
- Followed by Brunch
- 3:00 Yoga Workshop (approx. 2 hours)

ABOUT KATHARINA ELLER
With heart, clarity, and depth, Katharina guides you through the retreat "Nourish – Your Retreat for Self-Care & Mindfulness." As an experienced yoga teacher (500+ hours) and dance educator, she combines mindful movement, meditation, and breathwork into a holistic experience.
Her classes invite you to move from thinking to feeling – back into your body, back to yourself. In doing so, she lovingly creates a space where you can soften, let go, and draw new strength.
Katharina's teaching is characterized by a deep understanding of individual needs, combined with her passion for creative flows, heart opening, and the nourishing power of stillness.
