With your telephone or written registration you offer us the binding conclusion of the contract. The contract becomes binding for us when we confirm your booking in writing.
In case of cancellation of a reservation we reserve the right to charge
- from 30 days before arrival 25
- from 14 days before arrival 50
- from 7 days before arrival 80 % and
- 100% of the agreed service from 3 days before arrival.
The same applies in the event of late arrival or early departure. However, we will make every effort to rent the room to another party in order to keep the cancellation fee as low as possible or to avoid it altogether.

The local tax of € 2.50 per person/night is payable from the age of 15.
For children in their parents' room:
0 - 2 years = -90 %
3 - 5 years = -70 %
6 - 10 years = -50 %
11 - 14 years = -35 %
15 years = -30 %
Single room supplement: + 30 %
Short stay supplement: up to € 20 per person per night
